These terms cover your use of NexoQuiz. By using the platform you agree to them. NexoQuiz is currently a school pilot, offered free of charge and provided as-is.
Using NexoQuiz
You may use NexoQuiz for teaching and learning. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and no uploading of unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
Teacher accounts
Teacher tools (hosting games, building subjects, generating questions with AI) are for educators. Teachers are responsible for the content of the classes and quizzes they create, for reviewing AI-generated questions before use, and for using the platform in line with their school's and the Ministry's rules.
AI-generated content
NexoQuiz can draft quiz questions using AI. AI can make mistakes, so teachers should review generated questions for accuracy before giving them to students.
Content and ownership
Questions and class content you create remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display that content as needed to run the service for your classes. The NexoQuiz game, artwork, and characters remain the project's.
No warranty (pilot)
NexoQuiz is provided as-is during the pilot, without warranties, and may change or have downtime. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits rights you have under Malaysian law.
